Arthur Marshall real estate consultant, is a former NFL wide receiver. Marshall played professional football for the Denver Broncos and New York Giants. Highlights from his five-season professional sports career include throwing a record-breaking 81-yard touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys and having the highest NFL passer rating in NFL history.
After retiring from professional sports, Marshall entered the world of real estate development and construction. Although now based in Florida, he began his real estate and construction career in his home state of Georgia over 20 years ago.

Properties developed by Marshall range from 1,000-square-foot patio homes to 10,000-square-foot mansions and everything in between. That includes apartments, multi-family duplexes, and townhomes. Education
Hephzibah High School
A young Marshall attended Hephzibah High School in rural Richmond County, Georgia, close to his childhood home. Hephzibah High School is the largest high school in Richmond County by attendance. Arthur was a four-sport lettemen in high school and was the USA Today high school athlete of the year for the state of Georgia his senior year.
After graduating, his high school football number was retired following his exceptional play on the field. He would later play football professionally as part of the NFL.
University Of Georgia
Marshall is a graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Founded in 1785, it is among the oldest public universities in the United States. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1991 with a business administration degree and a major in real estate.
The University of Georgia was one of only a few educational institutions offering real estate majors in the mid-1980s when Marshall was studying. Today, the institution is the flagship school of the University System of Georgia.
As was the case during his high school years, Marshall also played college football at a high level at the University of Georgia. He would ultimately be signed to the Denver Broncos NFL team shortly after graduating.
Charitable Endeavors
Arthur Marshall, NFL former wide receiver, proudly supports an ever-growing roster of vital charities, nonprofit organizations, and other good causes. For a time, Marshall held the record for the longest pass completion by a non-quarterback in the NFL’s history. His record came after throwing an 81-yard touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys. Josh Miller of the Pittsburgh Steelers equaled his record around a decade later in 2003.
Personal Life
Arthur J. Marshall Jr. was born in Fort Gordon, Georgia. He grew up between Fort Gordon and nearby Augusta in the famous Peach State. As a young man, Arthur excelled at sports. Finding his feet as a football player in high school, he would go on to become a star of the NFL soon after graduating from the University of Georgia.
He currently lives in Sarasota on Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast. Away from his work and charitable efforts, he enjoys many hobbies and other interests. Among these hobbies and interests are cinema, golf, live entertainment, and spending time outdoors.
Marshall first discovered his love of golf after being invited to a charity golf tournament. Meanwhile, his love of cinema comes from watching movies alongside his University of Georgia football teammates – a tradition they enjoyed before every game. He remains particularly passionate about the storytelling of cinema.
